Financial Assistance

The following is the financial aid request form that must be filled out completely in order for the RAYHA financial assistance committee to consider your request for help. We realize that the completion of a form such as this may be difficult. However, in order for the committee to understand your needs and situation we must get the information. This information will be treated with the upmost respect and confidentiality.

The RAYHA board understands that at any time, your family may be facing difficult circumstances that impact your financial commitments to the season's registration. We ask that at any time you experience or foresee these circumstances, that you reach out to the DEI and Registration Directors to begin discussions of your situation.

Roseville Area Youth Hockey Associations’ financial assistance is to ensure that every athlete has sufficient resources to enable them to play hockey. The Financial Assistance program is a needs-based program. Families are asked to provide a brief explanation of their situation and financial needs. The Financial Assistance Committee will evaluates each application and make an award determination.

We understand that economic hardship is a private matter. The Financial Assistance committee has been assembled by the Board of Directors to review applications. Information submitted in your Financial Assistance application is kept confidential and will not be shared beyond our Financial Assistance Committee, the Treasurer and the Registrar. Your child’s team members and staff will not have access to your financial information or know of the assistance.

RAYHA is proud to have supported families in the past that have had to deal with economic hardship. We are here to serve the community and make hockey as accessible to as many in our association as possible.
